Statements

ICSU produces statements on key issues in science. Formal position statements are endorsed by the General Assembly or the Executive Board. Key ICSU Statements are statements made by ICSU on behalf of the scientific community. ICSU's Committee on Freedom and Responsibility in the Conduct of Science (CFRS) also prepares statements and advisory notes. These can in the future, become formal ICSU position statements if endorsed by the General Assembly or Executive Board. From time to time, ICSU's Members and Interdisciplinary Bodies also release statements, some of which are published on the ICSU website.
