Security vetting procedures and the Principle of Universality
ICSU's Committee on Freedom and Responsibility in the conduct of Science has reaffirmed the position on discriminatory practices in a letter to Members and Regional Offices. The letter follows CFRS's consideration of two situations involving Iranian and Palestinian scientists.
