Visit CONABIO
Manuel Limonta and Kerstin Schmidt-Verkerk visited the Mexican National Commission for the Knowledge and Use of Biodiversity (CONABIO) in Mexico City on 16 May, 2012.
Hesiquio Benítez, Director of Liaison and International Affairs of CONABIO received ICSU ROLAC on the premises of CONABIO.
The mission of CONABIO is “to promote, coordinate, support and carry out activities aimed at increasing awareness of biodiversity and its conservation and sustainable use for the benefit of society”.
During the meeting of representatives of CONABIO and ICSU ROLAC the work of both organizations was presented.
