Arturo Martínez, Manuel Limonta and Kerstin Schmidt-Verkerk attended the Third Session of the Regional Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction of the Americas organized by UNISDR in Santiago de Chile from 26 to 28 November 2012 on behalf of ICSU ROLAC.
