Call for young scientist participation: Regional Workshop on Disaster Risk Management in Latin America and the Caribbean

Young scientists are invited to submit a proposal for participation until 13 August, 2012.
Call for young scientist participation: Regional Workshop on Disaster Risk Management in Latin America and the Caribbean

The Regional Workshop on "Disaster Risk Management in Latin America and the Caribbean: Towards a Project Plan for Integrating Science and Risk Management for the Region" will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina from 3-5 September, 2012. The Integrated Research on Disaster Risk (IRDR) Programme, The Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean of the International Council for Science (ICSU ROLAC) and the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET) of Argentina are inviting applications for participation by young scientists. Closing date for applications: 13 August 2012.
