Visit to the Nicaraguan Academy of Sciences (ACN)
On July 15th 2011, Carmen Samayoa visited the Academy of Sciences of Nicaragua.
Carmen Samayoa president of the Guatemala Academ y of Medical,Physical and Natural Sciences and member of the ICSU Regional Committee for LAC, visited the Academy of Sciences of Nicaragua.
The mission of the Nicaraguan Academy of Sciences (ACN) is to encourage scientific education in order to achieve sustainable human development.
In the meeting, participants of the ACN presented the strategies and actions of the ACN and discussed the cooperation with ICSU ROLAC.
