Advice regarding international scientific meetings

International scientific meetings arranged or sponsored by ICSU itself or the ICSU membership must avoid any discrimination in attendance. This implies rights and responsibilities on the part of both organisers and participants at such meetings.

The ICSU Committee on Freedom and Responsibility in the conduct of Science (CFRS) proposes recommendations to help avoid difficulties and improve the chances of a positive resolution where problems do occur.

The document with the recommendations is published in the "Freedom & Responsibility Portal" at "International scientific meeting: advice".
