The group discussed on the sections received and the status of sections yet to be received. It should  focus on reorienting the audience (researchers, officials, funding bodies, policy makers) for the report and to communicate what ICSU feels of the main area research enhancement specifically to AP region. It leads to system approach. Members also suggested to structure the content by questions context-boxes with successful stories to tab the knowledge & resources
