ICSU Regional Office for Africa Annual Report 2008/09

In the 2008/09 Annual Report, ICSU ROA focused on the implementation of its published science plans. The main activities were two workshops to develop project proposals, i.e. One on Health and Human well-being, and the other on Global Environmental Change (including Climate Change and adaptation). Another key activity during this financial year was the 29th ICSU General Assembly, held in Maputo, Mozambique in October 2008.
