Mustapha Mokrane is the Science and Information Technology Officer in charge of coordinating the Scientific Data and Information activities among ICSU bodies and partners. He is also responsible for the overall IT and web infrastructure of the ICSU secretariat. He is trained as molecular biologist and has a scientific background in genetics and bioinformatics. He holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the Université de la Méditerranée (Aix-Marseille II).
